Challenges
Each office had its institutional website with its own visual language
There was no consistency and connection between the different websites
It wasn't scalable and functional to maintain
Goal
Strategy
The new user interface was co-created with the CI&T team through benchmarking research, mood board creation, and UI sketching exercises.
Globally consistent
CI&T is positioning itself globally, and the institutional website is an essential step in this movement. Consistency is crucial to build it.
Universal and diverse
The fun part of being global is being diverse, and the institutional website must express how much this aggregates into CI&T's value proposition. It's not a simple website that supports multiple languages. It includes projecting to different people and cultures, focusing on accessibility.
Dynamic and adaptable
The way we present content and journeys to the user isn't monotonous, but we always think in scalable and reusable patterns, never attached to only one context.
It was done through a Content Management System (CMS) developed in Drupal
Components
Smaller parts of the interface, e.g., buttons, type system, cards, tags, and form fields.
Modules
Page sections created using the components. The CI&T team can use it to create new pages.
Templates
